Use of certain Friddy products requires account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information. Friddy reserves the right to require identity verification documents in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide required verification documentation may result in restricted access to Friddy products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Friddy is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Use of certain Friddy products requires account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information. Friddy reserves the right to require identity verification documents in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide required verification documentation may result in restricted access to Friddy products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Friddy is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You may not use Friddy products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering or terrorist financing; fraud or misrepresentation; market manipulation of any digital asset; circumvention of applicable financial regulations; processing transactions for prohibited goods or services; or any activity that violates the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. Friddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected, and to report such activity to relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.

Projects using the Friddy Tokenization Launchpad represent and warrant that their token offering complies with applicable securities, financial promotion, and consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions where their token will be offered or sold. Friddy does not provide legal advice and does not independently verify the regulatory compliance of individual projects. Project operators bear sole responsibility for the regulatory status of their token offering in all applicable jurisdictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Friddy, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Friddy products, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profit. Friddy's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Friddy in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
